About our menu
How does Papa Cuisine work ?
Papa Cuisine propose des repas préparés, prêts à être réchauffés, puis dégustés !
Vous pouvez consulter les menus des 4 prochaines semaines. Chaque dimanche à 23h59, un nouveau menu est publié pour la semaine qui commence quatre semaines plus tard.
Place your order before Sunday night : you have until 23: 59 pm to place your order, for delivery on Tuesday.
Can I order it for several weeks ?
Yes. You can order up to 4 weeks in advance. Each week is treated as a separate order
How to warm up my meals ?
The instructions for re-heating are provided on the label of each dish. Most of our meals can be heated in simmering water, in the oven or in the microwave.
How long can I keep the dishes
Meals keep on average for 3 to 5 days, and 5 to 7 days for vacuum-sealed meals.
Can you freeze food ?
Most of our dishes can be frozen. All the instructions of conservation and freezing are indicated on the containers.
How do you manage the allergies?
We clearly indicate major allergens on our labels and descriptions. However, despite our precautions, a risk of cross-contamination remains possible. Please contact us in case of a severe allergy.

About orders
What is the deadline for ordering ?
Orders must be placed before Sunday 23: 59 pm to guarantee delivery on the Tuesday. Contact us quickly if you have missed the deadline.
What is a single serving ?
An individual serving is designed for a person and is a full meal, balanced and satiating.
What is a portion of the family ?
A portion of the family corresponds to 4 individual servings with a discount applied. Perfect for family meals.
Is there a minimum order ?
Yes, a minimum order of $50 is required.
Do I have to create an account ?
Creating an account is strongly recommended to collect loyalty points and manage your orders easily.
How does the loyalty program ?
With each order you earn points that are convertible into credit. The points are automatically added to your customer account and be used in your next order. Learn more





Our delivery service
How much is delivery ?
Delivery costs $ 9 per order and it is free for any order of $ 100 or more.
Delivery charges apply to each week ?
Yes. Shipping fees are calculated per week if the total of the weekly order is less than $100.
Where do you deliver ?
Nous livrons sur toute l’ile de Montréal, sur la Rive-Sud et la Rive-Nord. Consultez la page delivery area to check your eligibility.
How are packed meals ?
We use the coolers and ice packs are reusable and recyclable containers (bags, vacuum packed, and containers made of aluminum).
When is the delivery ?
Deliveries take place on Tuesday. A niche market is expected to sent the day before. The real-time tracking is available on the same day.
What to do in case of absence ?
Specify a safe place to leave the cooler or contact us to agree upon an arrangement.
How does the exchange of cooler ?
On your next order, we swap the coolers. If you do not recommend, write us to plan for the recovery.




Our refund policy
What is your refund policy ?

How do you handle the claims?
If the claim is justified, a credit will be offered for next order. A refund may be granted in exceptional cases.
Do you accept returns
No. For health reasons, no physical return of the dishes are not accepted.
The cases in which a claim may be rejected?
No claim will be accepted if the product is consumed in whole, or reported after 24 hours.
Are you responsible for poor preservation?
Non. Nous ne sommes pas responsables des problèmes liés à une mauvaise conservation après livraison.
